Information Collection
Tenderfoot Games, LLC, is the sole owner of the information collected on WildWestOnline.com. Tenderfoot Games, LLC, collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Registration
In order to register for our newsletter a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (such as name and email address).

Order
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name and email address) so that we may pass this information along to our payment processor. This information is used to identify the customer to the payment processor for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

The information provided to us by the user is used only to identify the user to the website or any directly related service the user selects. We share users personal information only with the business partner who is providing our alternate payment options. This information may consist of email address, name, address, or phone number. This is all information that the user has already agreed to provide to that business partner as part of that business partner’s subscription registration process or the Terms of Service that governs the user’s use of that business partner’s service.

Service Providers
We partner with other third parties to provide specific services (For example, with "PayByCash®" for non-credit card based payment). When the user signs up for one of these particular services, we share names, or other contact information like an email address that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. Business Transitions
In the event Tenderfoot Games, LLC, goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
